While attending a spiritual development class, I was turned on to a process I found extremely fullfilling as well as much fun!  Each person in the group pondered for a few seconds and was asked to jot down a word or phrase that came to them pertaining to the class. We were asked to place our note into a basket and then a note was drawn. We were then asked to ponder that word or phrase and write a poem or whatever came to us. We had 5 minutes to do this. After writing our little composition, we went around the circle and each of us read what we had written. It was very neat to hear what others had come up with. It gave me insight into their personalities, along with providing some inspiring thoughts. And it was just plain fun! I had a few moments of that wonderful belly felt laughter! I am sharing some of what I experienced through my own writings from that evening.
